Tell one of the brand people (Coleman, etc.) to have China make a lightweight aluminum tube, highback camping chair, with two drink holders ( one in each arm rest). Offer a high quality material and a stuff sack to pack it in and transport to your venue. The US population is aging, so you could easily sell it as LEIGHTWEIGHT, because of the aluminum tube, rather than steel, which everyone is made out of.

NOBODY, and I mean NOBODY bothers to make your classic camping chair in a lightweight aluminum tube. It’s just dumb. Oh, and use high quality plastic feet and pivot points (rivets) for good long use. I bought four (4) of these made of aluminum tube over 10 years ago, and other than the material fading, and the waterproof backing cracking, they have served me well.

There, want to make money and lead the industry, follow my suggestions. I have had at least 25 people over the years ask me where did I buy such a LEIGHTWEIGHT chair. I had to tell them all, nobody wants to do it right.
